Orders over $60.00 AUD receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

For deliveries within Australia, please allow 3 – 14 working days for your Wildhood products to arrive.

International Shipping:

Flat rate: $20 AUD per order

Shipping times vary but can take anywhere between 7 -21 business days.

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you. You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges. Wildhood is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges. In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Wildhood you are responsible for the original shipping charges (even on purchases that included free shipping) at a cost to duties, fees, taxes and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping.

Returns

Wildhood Group will offer a refund/exchange on products if they are deemed faulty, damaged or if the incorrect product was delivered. In this case please email orders@mywildhood.com.au with your order number for details on how to return the product. Due to the intimate nature of our products, Wildhood Group offers no facility for change of mind on a purchase made through this online store - please ensure you make the correct purchase and contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions. The refund of return postage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and no correspondence will be entered into.
