Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries each month unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it by clicking on the links in your order confirmation email or emailing us at subscription@mywildhood.com.au.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, or email us at subscription@mywildhood.com.au.

The Site offers Subscriptions for selected Product orders that you want delivered at either one (1) two (2) or three (3) month intervals.  

The One Month,  Two Month or Three Month Subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. All future payments are made in advance of each relevant Subscription Cycle.

 

By initiating a:

• One Month Subscription, you authorise us to charge you the One Month Subscription Fee at the rate of the relevant Products as advertised on the Site, which may change from time to time; or
• Two Month Subscription, you authorise us to charge you the Two Month Subscription Fee at the rate of the relevant Products as advertised on the Site, which may change from time to time; or
• Three Month Subscription Fee, you authorise us to charge you the Three Month Subscription Fee at the rate of the relevant Products as advertised on the Site, which may change from time to time.

       

      A One Month Subscription automatically renews every one (1) month, and we will automatically bill the One Month Subscription

       

      A Two Month Subscription automatically renews every two (2) months, and we will automatically bill the Two Month Subscription Fee to your nominated payment method, unless your Subscription is cancelled or terminated.

       

      A Three Month Subscription automatically renews every three (3) months, and we will automatically bill the Three Month Subscription Fee to your nominated payment method, unless your Subscription is cancelled or terminated.

       

      If your nominated payment method for your Subscription triggers our internal suspect transaction protocols, we may contact you to confirm additional details, or rescind the transaction. In this case, until your payment has passed our fraud prevention protocols your Subscription will not be fulfilled. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days, your payment will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to you via the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud though we provide no guarantee that we will identify any or all instances of online fraud that may occur in relation to any Subscription made on or via the Site.

       

      If payment of the relevant Subscription Fee is unsuccessful due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, you nonetheless remain responsible for promptly paying the unpaid fees and authorise us to continue billing you via the relevant payment method, as it may be updated, including in the event you attempt to create a new account, reactivate the unsettled account or sign up for a new account. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. If we cannot charge your account, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to terminate your access to the Site.

       

      Cancellation of Subscription

      You may cancel your Subscription or alter your Subscription (e.g. Product and/or frequency) at any time by following links in your confirmation email or providing written notice to us at subscription@mywildhood.com.au at least 5 days before the end of your current Subscription Cycle.
