Social Media/Marketing Co-ordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth. You will oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, community management, and analytics tracking. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's online presence and executing effective social media campaigns across various platforms.

This position is part-time and based in our office in Mosman Park, Perth. 

This role requires a creative mindset, a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.



Strategic Content Development: Work closely with our Creative Director to produce rich, engaging content across all channels that amplifies our brand message across our communications channels.

Influencer and Content Creator Collaboration: source and manage relationships with influencers and agencies who are right for the brand, assisting with influencer contracts, photography, and brief planning.

Content Strategy: Create a strategic content strategy for multiple channels, including website, social media, email marketing.

Content Planning: manage the online marketing calendar including all marketing activities, (Paid Social, Pay-per-click, Email, Partnership Marketing, etc)

Content Production Coordination: Produce diverse content types for our owned channels and paid marketing efforts, focusing on maximised engagement and acquisition.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Reporting on all digital marketing activities and any ad hoc reports against objectives and business priorities, as required.

Budget Management: Allocate budgets for content creation and influencer partnerships, aiming for cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.

Customer Service Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for fullfilling all company orders as well as organising logistics of stock. You will be required to handle customer care enquiries and maintain stock levels aswell as liase with wholesale partners.

This position is part-time and based in our office in Mosman Park, Perth. 

This role requires attention to detail and a high standard of quality is required, as is a willingness to learn new systems.



Processing and Fulfillment - of online orders (including assistance on order creation, customer service, etc.)

Organising freight consignments, and liaising & booking deliveries with courier booking agents

Customer Service Assistance - maintaining thorough product knowledge, referring to key ingredients and describing their benefits with confidence.

Processing wholesales, refunds, returns, and exchanges

Inventory: Entering stock into our POS/inventory system, monitoring of stock level, and general maintenance of inventory

Stock Management - Unpacking & putting stock away

Some knowledge of Shopify essential. The candidate must have a strong data entry skills & computer knowledge.
