Sweating is a good thing…

Sweating is a good thing – it’s your body’s way of regulating its temperature. The pong and wetness? Not so great. Deodorant needs to work (obvs!), but it should also be safe for your skin, especially the most sensitive, which is under your arms. Armpits are pretty important. They contain your sweat glands and experience lots of abrasion during exercising and shaving. No wonder they work up a sweat and take a walk on the pongy side.

But here's the thing: sweat isn't the culprit when it comes to smelly pits. Body pong is just your sweat mingling with the bacteria on your skin. Because we want you to feel dry, cool, comfy and confident, we pack our deodorant with a ton of clean and nourishing butters, oils and starch that fight and eliminate wetness and odour. We don’t use nasties like aluminium, phthalates, and preservatives, so you sweat the way your body is supposed to.

Fragrance Isn't All Bad

Wildhood scents are nature-inspired 🌱 and our fun, fabulous scents are one of the reasons you can't wait to put them on every morning.

Whether you’re playing sport or headed to a beach hang, deodorant should make you feel clean and great, and smelling good is a big part of that, right?

Fragrance sometimes gets a bad rap, which is why our scents come from Australian suppliers who follow the IFRA code of practice, which is the global standard for safe use of fragrance ingredients and mixtures.

Some people can be a little sensitive to fragrances (think: itch, sting, scratch). We recommend doing a patch test first to make sure your skin loves Wildhood just as much as you do.
