Deodorant is often the first ‘grown up’ product you ever use. It needs to work (obvs!), but it also should be safe on your delicate skin.

When it comes to smelly pits, sweat isn’t actually the culprit. Sweat itself doesn’t cause body odour, but when it’s combined with bacteria on your skin it can leave you smelling, well a little pongy. Our natural deodorant doesn’t stop your skin from sweating; it fights and neutralises the odour. We use a range of natural and nourishing butters, oils and starch – all found in nature – to absorb and fight bad odours.

Wildhood deodorant contains no aluminium, no phthalates, and no preservatives, so you sweat the way you’re supposed to.

Our cannisters are made from 100% post consumer plastics. These plastics are used, recycled and repurposed plastic that are collected from beaches, oceans, land and recycling plants. We encourage you to continue the cycle by placing the box in paper recycling, and bottle in plastic recycling.

Fragrance Isn't All Bad

We call our scents nature-inspired 🌱 because we use nature as the roadmap, but not the end-all-be-all source.

Yep, we know, “fragrance” gets a bad rap. But much of this negative hype just simply isn’t true. All of our
fragrances are from Australian suppliers who strictly follow the IFRA code of practice and are used at safe levels.

Our fun, fabulous scents are one of the best parts of our deodorants. We believe the products we use should not only work, but make us feel good, and at Wildhood, the experience of how a product smells is inevitably linked to this. The whole point is to smell great, right?

Just like with essential oils, a small percentage of the population are sensitive to fragrance. Which is why we recommend patch testing our product prior to use to ensure its safe to use on your body.
